My purpose in life is quite simple—to be kind and to help other people. I’ve been blessed, and I want to give of myself to those around me. My daughters have had the biggest impact on my life. As a single Dad, watching them grow up to be great adults has made me very proud.

It was hard after working for the same hotel for over thirty years and having new owners take over (MCHG). But right from the start, I felt welcomed. And they were actually really nice to work with. I wouldn’t change a thing.

OK, I gotta go. Time to ride my bike and visit my granddaughter.
