We need to reshape our own perception of how we view ourselves. We have to step up as women and take the lead.

Being raised by a father who grew up very poor and migrated from Columbia to the United States had a great impact on my life. He was the sole provider for his family when they first moved here. It inspired me to work hard and make him proud of me. I wanted to show him his hard work paid off. I work daily to be a good leader just like him.
Coming from a big family, it was important to find a career with a company that believed in family values. This is the value that drew me to Maine Course. Prior to joining this team, I had never felt so supported. That feeling is comforting and inspiring at the same time. It is my job to build on the family value at my hotel.
As a competitive athlete, I’ve always had the drive to win. This drive is just as important in my professional life. Being part of a sports team or hotel team drives me to be better. I want to help my team become champions!
