BOB ESTES

Corporate Director of Facilities

Live life as your best self and enjoy every minute of the time you have here with all the folks you interact with.

I try to live each day as my best self—fully present, fully engaged, and grateful for the people I get to connect with along the way. Whether it’s family, friends, or coworkers, I believe in showing up with honesty, kindness, and a willingness to grow. In my career, that means staying curious, being transparent, and always striving to be the teammate others can count on.

I didn’t start out as the outgoing type. I was far from it. Early in my career as a service technician, I was shy, but over time, I realized something: people were genuinely happy to see me when I showed up to help. That was a game-changer. I leaned into that feeling of purpose, and now, as a leader, I get to help others find their confidence, just like I did – that’s where I shine.

Outside of work, I’m a hands-on, project-loving kind of guy. Give me a garden to tend, a kitchen to remodel, or a hike to tackle, and I’m all in. I enjoy music, hiking, biking, and fixing my car (though these days, time has a way of filling up fast). My drive to understand how things work fits right into my role in facilities at Maine Course Hospitality Group, because let’s be honest, this is where everything ticks. When I think about what’s shaped me most in life, it’s my wife. She is my partner, my rock, and the one who pushes me to be better every single day. And yes, if the dogs need to go out in a snowstorm at 3 a.m.—I’m your guy.
