Gary joined MCHG in 1994. Prior to joining MCHG, Gary spent ten years with Ground Round Restaurants, Inc., (GRRI) serving in various accounting and tax positions. As Vice President and Corporate Controller of GRRI, Gary raised $25 million as a key member of a task force that directed a successful IPO in 1991.

Gary holds a BSBA in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the Boards of Finance Committees of the Ronald McDonald House of Portland, Maine, the Ground Round IOC and the Maine Merchants Association Workers' Compensation Trust.

Sean joined the Freeport Inn & Café as General Manager in 1989. He assisted in the development of the Comfort Suites and became GM in 1999. In 2002, another hotel was added to his responsibilities and in 2004, three more. He was named Director of Hotel Operations in 2004 with responsibilities including site selection, hotel development & acquisition, and hotel operations & renovations. He has been an integral part of the acquisition & development of over $75 million in hotel projects for MCHG. In 2007, Sean was named Chief Operating Officer overseeing all aspects of operations for the Hotel & Restaurant divisions as well as the Development group. His career in the Hospitality business began in 1982.

Sean has a BS in Education and is a former high school teacher. He has been on the boards of the Maine Innkeepers Association (Past President), Freeport Merchants Association (Past President), and Maine Tourism Association. Maine's Congressman selected Sean to represent Maine at the White House Conference on Tourism and the Innkeepers Association named him Innkeeper of the Year in 1995.

Beth joined MCHG in 1993 as an accounting manager. She is a graduate of University of Southern Maine with a BS in Accounting and she is a Certified Public Accountant. Her current role includes managing the accounting office, assisting with system development, assuring accurate profit and loss statements, handling the accounts of multiple MCHG locations and assisting the CFO. Prior to joining MCHG, Beth was an accountant with Macdonald Page, LLC, a public accounting firm based in Maine.

Kevin joined our company in the Spring of 2008 to open our Bangor Courtyard. Prior to this, Kevin spent 17 years with Marriott International in various Operational, Sales and Administration positions working in markets throughout the Eastern United States to include Portland, ME; Baltimore, MD; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; Memphis, TN; Jacksonville, FL and Mystic, CT in full-service Marriott hotels, Residence Inns and Courtyards. Kevin also spent time as a Sales Manager for a hotel and restaurant supply company specializing in the Middle East and India.

Gordon Clark joined MCHG in 1989 as a front desk clerk. He rose through the ranks to become GM of the Comfort Suites in Freeport and opened MCHG's first Marriott property, a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brunswick, Maine on October 20, 2004 and then opened Hampton Inn Augusta in June 2012.

In addition to his current role as a General Manager of the Hampton Inn Augusta, he assists in new hotel openings and acquisitions. He has installed hotel Property Management Systems and restaurant Point of Sale systems at a number of locations and also oversees the installation of FF&E. He advises the entire company on hardware and software purchases and installations and maintains the corporate office network in Freeport.

Celine became part of the MCHG family in 2012 when she took over the Human Resources department. Her career began in the insurance business in claims management and claims adjustments. She has been employed by Dunlap Agency and Morse Payson and Noyes during her career. Her HR experience began at Falcon Shoe in 2000 and continued through her most recent position at Thayer Corporation. She assisted in the development of the claims management program for the Maine Merchants Workers Compensation trust. Celine is an active member of the Central Maine Human Resource Association and is a volunteer for the Center for Grieving Children
